Event Rental Terms & Conditions


Booking & Payment

  • Confirmation: A rental is only confirmed upon receipt of a 50% advance payment and a signed Rental Agreement.
  • Final Balance: The remaining 50% must be paid no later than days prior to the event load-in date.

Delivery & Setup


  •  Venue Access: The Client is responsible for ensuring the venue is accessible for delivery at the agreed time. Any delays caused by venue restrictions will result in additional labor fees.
  • Operating Environment: The G1 Robot must be operated on a flat, dry, and stable surface. Outdoor use is strictly prohibited unless specifically authorized in writing by our technical team.
  • Power Requirements: The Client must provide a dedicated power supply for charging stations as per our technical specification sheet.

Usage & Technical Support


  • Extra Usage: Rental rates are based on a standard 8-hour event day. Usage exceeding these hours will be billed at an hourly "Overtime" rate AED 200 / hour
  • On-Site Technician: If an on-site technician is included in your package, they are the sole authorized operators for complex maneuvers.
  • Public Interaction: The Client must ensure a "Safe Zone" or barrier is maintained between the robot and the public unless a "Meet & Greet" session is supervised by our staff..

Damage & Liability


  • Accidental Damage: Standard rentals cover internal mechanical wear. Any damage caused by spills, falls from height, or unauthorized physical contact by event guests is the full financial responsibility of the Client.
  • Insurance: We recommend the Client maintains General Liability Insurance for the duration of the event.
  • Theft: The Client is responsible for the security of the robot from the moment of delivery until it is collected by our team.

Cancellation Policy


  • 14+ Days Notice: 50% of the total rental fee is retained (Deposit).
  • Within 7 Days: 100% of the total rental fee is due, as the unit and staff have been locked for your event.
