What is included in the rental price?

Our rental packages are all-inclusive. They cover the robot, delivery to your venue, professional setup, custom configuration of scripts or movements, and a dedicated on-site engineer to manage the robot throughout the event.

How far in advance do I need to book?

To ensure availability and allow time for custom "Brand Activation" programming (like logo integration or specific speech scripts), we recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance. However, for the Basic Package, we can often accommodate shorter notice.

Can I hire more than one Oli robot for an event?

Yes. For large-scale events or high-traffic trade shows, deploying multiple robots can significantly increase engagement. We offer "Block Booking" discounts for multi-robot or multi-day rentals.

How long does the battery last?

Oli is designed for continuous event use. While a single battery charge typically lasts 1.5 to 2 hours of active movement, our on-site engineers manage battery swaps or "hot-swapping" to ensure the robot remains operational for the duration of your event.

What happens if the robot breaks or freezes during an event?

Does Oli need a Wi-Fi connection to work?

Oli can operate offline for pre-programmed movements and speech. However, for advanced AI interactions, real-time cloud updates, or remote monitoring, a stable Wi-Fi 6 or Ethernet connection is preferred.
