Our rental packages are all-inclusive. They cover the robot, delivery to your venue, professional setup, custom configuration of scripts or movements, and a dedicated on-site engineer to manage the robot throughout the event.

To ensure availability and allow time for custom "Brand Activation" programming (like logo integration or specific speech scripts), we recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance. However, for the Basic Package, we can often accommodate shorter notice.

Yes. For large-scale events or high-traffic trade shows, deploying multiple robots can significantly increase engagement. We offer "Block Booking" discounts for multi-robot or multi-day rentals.

Oli is designed for continuous event use. While a single battery charge typically lasts 1.5 to 2 hours of active movement, our on-site engineers manage battery swaps or "hot-swapping" to ensure the robot remains operational for the duration of your event.

This is why we include an on-site engineer in every package. They are trained to handle real-time troubleshooting, system reboots, or mechanical adjustments immediately, ensuring minimal downtime.

Oli can operate offline for pre-programmed movements and speech. However, for advanced AI interactions, real-time cloud updates, or remote monitoring, a stable Wi-Fi 6 or Ethernet connection is preferred.

Absolutely. Oli is equipped with high-frequency sensors and dual depth cameras that allow it to detect obstacles and people in real-time. It features a "dynamic stability" framework that ensures it moves safely even in crowded environments.

Oli is optimized for indoor environments or controlled outdoor spaces (flat surfaces, no rain). It can handle slight inclines or uneven flooring but performs best on standard venue floors.
